She tells people that she may have created a book, but in truth, a book created her. Julie Mansfield Soimaud

Born and raised in Jamaica, Julie Mansfield Soimaud is the author of, Maybe God Was Busy, a memoir chronicling years of sexual abuse. She founded Give Me Dignity to help bring awareness to the ravages of childhood sexual abuse Sexual abuse is an incredibly lonely, isolating thing and Julie believes that you find a twisted kind of solace in learning that you are not alone. Susan Ball is a passionate advocate for women who are struggling to understand and move on from an abusive relationship. She has survived a near fatal attack and rape at the hands of her husband. She believes that all women have the power and the right to step away from abuse and elevate and claim their big, bold, blissful life.

Haley Ritzlmayr

Haley Ritzlmayr is an International Certification Trainer for the work of Dr David Berceli (TRE®-
Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises). She is also a Cranio-Sacral Therapist, a
Heartmath Coach and Trainer, and a Personal Development Coach. She has worked with
sexual abuse, rape and trauma of all kinds for 17 years, consulting with Psychologists and the
SAPS Victims support unit. Haley is a survivor of early childhood sexual abuse and has a
passion for working with children and adults whose lives are impacted by sexual violation and
rape.

Leilani Kuter

Leilani Kuter is a rape survivor. Wearing yellow (the colour her attacker wore) she walked 729km – 27km a day for 27 days – in 2019 to raise funds for rape crisis centres and comfort packs for young girls. She has registered a NPC, Yellow for survivors. She is the proud owner of Date night SA – which is not a dating site, it is a way to give couples ideas for date day/nights.  Leilani is in the process of writing a book, Room 252. PJ Powers has written a song about her life called, Born to an Audience.

Mark Grobbelaar
